no-raw-z-index

Use the semantic z-index layers, never numeric z-index values.

UI-303 default: warning tokens UNAPPROVED_Z_INDEX

Configure

In the lint.rules block of ui.json. It accepts message, exclude; see the policy for what the entries match.
