These terms apply to purchases of Brok Pro from JML Agency B.V. Contact [email protected] with contractual or support questions.
What you buy
A one-time Pro purchase grants a perpetual licence to use source files downloaded during your update-access period. Pro and Team include the seat count shown at checkout and access to new and updated Pro registry items for 12 months from purchase. Renewal is optional and is never charged automatically.
Use and restrictions
You may edit and ship downloaded source in your own or client projects within your purchased seat limit. You may not redistribute Brok Pro as a competing component library, registry, template pack, source marketplace, or other product whose primary value is the Pro source itself. The detailed commercial licence remains controlling where it is more specific.
Delivery and accounts
The licence key is delivered to the email supplied at checkout. You are responsible for providing a working address and protecting keys and activation tokens. Contact support promptly if delivery fails or a key is compromised.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or deprecate registry items. Code already downloaded remains usable under your perpetual licence. Hosted services may be interrupted for maintenance or events outside reasonable control.
Refunds and statutory rights
The refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
