Delivery problems
If a confirmed payment does not produce a usable licence key, we will restore delivery or refund the purchase. Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate email delivery, activation and payment-provider status.
30-day product-fit requests
You may request a refund within 30 days when Brok Pro materially differs from its published description or cannot reasonably perform the documented install flow. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue. This policy does not cover redistribution abuse, unsupported environments clearly excluded by the documentation, or source that has been substantially used to deliver a completed project.
Digital-content consent
Checkout requests immediate digital delivery. Where applicable law treats immediate delivery as affecting a statutory withdrawal right, checkout will obtain the acknowledgement required by that law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation and renewals
Brok Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel after purchase. Update access lasts for the period shown at checkout; any renewal is a separate, opt-in purchase and is not charged automatically.
