Information we process
We process checkout and support email addresses, provider payment references and status, purchased plan and accepted terms version, hashed licence keys and activation tokens, machine hashes and labels supplied during activation, download and security logs, and messages you send us. Brok does not store full payment-card details.
Why we process it
We use this information to perform the purchase contract, deliver and verify licences, enforce seat and update-access limits, prevent abuse, maintain service security, answer support requests, meet accounting obligations and improve reliability.
Service providers
Payment information is processed by Mollie. Transactional email is processed by the configured mail provider. Hosting, database, backup and monitoring providers process data only as needed to operate Brok. Their own notices govern information you provide directly to them.
Retention and security
Purchase and licence records are retained while needed for delivery, fraud prevention, support, legal claims and statutory accounting. Operational logs are retained for a limited security period. Plain licence keys are encrypted only while delivery is pending and removed after successful delivery; stored licence and token values are one-way keyed hashes.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Some records must be retained where required by law or needed to establish contractual rights.
