Hand-built markup duplicates a composite Brok already ships (table, tabs, accordion, progress, switch, tooltip, dropdown). Use the matching component.

UI-106 default: warning adoption RAW_COMPOSITE

In the lint.rules block of ui.json. It accepts message, exclude, allow; see the policy for what the entries match.
