# Brok UI block: Not Found Masked (`not-found-masked`)

A centered 404 page with an enormous token-gradient masked numeral, a lost-in-space heading, muted copy, and primary home plus outline search calls to action.

Brok UI is a Laravel Blade registry. `ui:add` copies this block into the app as plain Blade the app owns; it composes installed `<brok:*>` primitives and semantic design tokens.

## Props

- `code` (string, default `404`) — Error code rendered as the large gradient numeral and echoed for screen readers.
- `heading` (string, default `This page is lost in space`) — Primary heading.
- `subheading` (string, default `The page you are looking for drifted off course or never existed. Let us guide you back to familiar ground.`) — Supporting copy under the heading.
- `home-cta` (string, default `Take me home`) — Primary button label.
- `home-href` (string, default `#`) — Primary button destination.
- `search-cta` (string, default `Search the site`) — Secondary button label; falsy hides the secondary button.
- `search-href` (string, default `#`) — Secondary button destination.

## Avoid when

- Needing a plain minimal 404 with support contact instead of search, or a grid of suggested links; use not-found-bold or not-found-links.

## Rules

- Render the installed block with `<x-blocks.not-found-masked />` and pass data through its props; edit the copied file only for structural changes.
- Keep the semantic design tokens (`bg-background`, `text-muted-foreground`); never swap in raw colour utilities.
- Keep the `data-slot` attributes and the logical (start/end) spacing so the markup still mirrors under `dir="rtl"`.
